This is my very first attempt in baking. I have been craving
for banana bread for a month and my boyfriend bought me a turbo broiler, so why
not use it right! This is a very simple recipe that I followed
via various recipes that can be found in the internet. I twitch some of it
though. The best bananas to use are the
overripe ones (you can buy it in tumpok at the market and it’s cheaper). Any
variety can be used but I preferred Latundan because it’s sweeter. For
sugar, I use washed sugar since its less sweet than the white ones and won’t
overpower the sweetness of the bananas.
A little Trivia did you know that an average size Latundan
only contains 46 calories and 0g fats, very good for those that are on diet.

share it with your love ones!
